I am happy to be in my sseventeeth year in the Westfield Washington school system. My first four years were at the “old” Washington Elementary, and in 2003 we opened Washington Woods. My wife and I live in Lebanon and have a son who is married and practicing law in St. Louis after graduating from DePauw and then law school at Indiana University. How quickly they grow up! My other teaching experiences were in Michigan (two years) and Alaska (eight years. I was an elementary principal in Lebanon (four years) and Lawrence (two years) prior to finding my “home” in Westfield. It is rewarding each day to be a part of such a wonderful school and school system.
